"Due to the lockdown in March, I needed to order my wedding gown online. I ordered several dresses from different shops who have been doing home trials, and I finally settled with this crepe version of FeelTimes dress."

It was essential for Sol and James that whatever shape their big day took, they put sustainability and ethical practice at their heart.

"We desired to support businesses led by women, or emerging businesses. We chose providers who're known for their ethical standards, fair labor practices, or sustainable aims."

Sol carried an amazing bouquet by, and I love the height and texture at have fun with the different dahlias, cosmos, and greenery. Florist Olivia Wetherly Wilson uses only seasonal and sustainable British flowers in her amazing creations.

"Because of lockdown we shared ideas on the internet and discussed the program through email. I loved my bouquet, and Olivia also made a flower arrangement inside a Raawii bowl, which I kept as a memory of our big day."

Ahead of the ceremony, Sol and James met for a first look after they were both ready, and James looked fantastic wearing his family tartan.

Together they walked the London streets using their photographer, in which the perfect peaceful, reflective place awaited them – the ruined medieval church of St. Dunstan in the East.

"My favorite area of the day was once the registrar declared our couple. After all of the changes and problems because of the pandemic, it had been a huge relief to attain our micro wedding."

Outside in the sunshine, Sol and James were greeted with congratulations from family members, and also the champagne was opened to toast their marriage as well as their love.
