I'm Ed Edmundson, founder of Earth Divas, a fair trade company empowering global women. Our main focus is providing fair wages to artisans and reinvesting all profits back to them.

No Salary: As owner, I forgo compensation, contributing since our 2004 inception. My wife Tina covers our living expenses.

Efficient Operations: Earth Divas operates leanly with me as the sole employee. RMLsite.com handles warehousing, packing, shipping, and customer service for a nominal fee. Remote sales reps, aligned with our mission, earn less elsewhere.

Top Quality: Committed to offering impeccably designed, high-quality products, we opt for sea shipping to control costs. Regular visits to Nepal ensure quality.

Connecting Artisans: Bridging the gap between US customers and Nepalese artisans is our aim. Hangtags are a starting point, with plans for improvements in 2013 through social media.

Tailoring School: In 2011, we established a tailoring school for women, addressing gender disparity in Nepal's craft industry. Now, our focus is on securing jobs for these women within our artisan community.

Nepal: Our primary focus is Nepal, where our family will relocate in July 2013. By honing our artisan production, we aim to impact the lives of hundreds of women. Partnering with organizations like Speed Trust and Creative Handicrafts, our long-term vision extends to other countries.

Your Choice: US consumers prioritize companies contributing to meaningful causes. When price and quality align, customers choose products that make the world better.

Fair Trade Advocacy: Proud members, we encourage support for all members and advocate for purchasing fair trade products.

Thank you for supporting Earth Divas, the women of Nepal, and the fair trade movement. You are the key to our success, and we are committed to being your best supplier.
